The small square cast iron pan from "HOFFMANN-METALLGEFÄSSE" differs significantly from mass-produced cast iron due to its design. The pan is made from uncoated cast iron, fired black with linseed oil and is ready for use straight away. Cast iron pans have particularly good thermal conductivity, heat distribution and heat storage.
